Allen Stockbridge, JD, CCIM

Allen Stockbridge is founder and Designated Broker of Kulshan Commercial Investment Real Estate Company and leads a team specializing in commercial and investment sales in northwest Washington.

Stockbridge started his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis) in 1984 after graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law in Baltimore. Since entering the industry, Stockbridge has had a wide range of experience in commercial real estate including leasing and sales in office, retail, industrial, multi-family and medical properties, and land sales for industrial, hospitality and residential development.

Prior to founding Kulshan Commercial, Stockbridge started a commercial division for KW Commercial operating out of Bellingham. He also owned and operated a Sperry Van Ness franchise in Utah. Previously, Stockbridge opened the Park City office for Colliers Commerce CRG, and then served as Director of Commercial Real Estate for Prudential Utah, where he oversaw commercial real estate brokerage services for the Park City and Salt Lake City offices. Additionally, Stockbridge has worked in Site Acquisitions nationally in the automobile emissions inspection industry, PCS mobile communications (cell towers), oil shale, large scale wind projects and solar installations.

Throughout his extensive career in commercial real estate, Stockbridge has stayed active not only within the commercial real estate industry, but within his community as well. Stockbridge served as Charter Chair for The Event for the Hungry, the Cold and the Homeless; Charter President of the Rotary Club of Towsontowne; Charter President of the Rotary Club of Park City Sunrise; and Charter President of the Park City Toastmasters Club. He also served as Charter Chair of Park City Singers, and was a member of Class 6 of Leadership Park City and the Leadership Skagit Class of 2016.

He is a currently a Corporation Member of the American Friends Service Committee, a Steering Committee Member of the Bellingham Human Rights Film Festival, a member of the Pacific Northwest Passport Rotary Club.

Stockbridge has held the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation since 1990. Stockbridge completed the degree requirements for an MBA in the JD/MBA program from the University of Maryland and received his bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Towson University.

Jim Browder

Jim has over thirty years in broadcasting, working as a photographer, reporter, news director, producer and syndication manager of intellectual properties before becoming a real estate broker.

Jim has worked many years with Indian Tribes and First Nations, has logged more than 5,000 business trips into Canada and speaks conversational Spanish. Jim has a Bachelor of Science from Washington State University.

Jim and wife Carol, have raised three (now grown) children, Trevor, Shelly and Gavin and have lived in their Sudden Valley home for 29 years.

Some of Jim’s favorite recreational activities include: performing music, creative writing/composition, all of the ‘Ski to Sea’ sports, swimming and residential construction.

 

Spencer Wright

Spencer recently graduated from Western Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance.

During his final year, he began working in the commercial real estate industry as an intern under Allen Stockbridge. At the completion of the internship, Spencer was offered a position on Stockbridge’s team to assist associates in marketing services as well as handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Spencer focuses on multi-family investment sales as well as land and development site sales. In addition, he is active in
implementing technological tools into the team’s business activities.

Through this career, he hopes to network with like-minded individuals who also want to help shape the community in which they live.
